We are pleased to announce Freshservice, a new issue ticketing system to replace Track-IT for IT, Facilities, and Support Services requests. Freshservice is a cloud-based service desk system that has been customized to fit BBG’s needs.
- On the Home tab, select Raise an Issue to submit a new request for Facilities, IT, or Support Services
- You may also check the status and resolution of Your Tickets.
In the coming weeks, the Solutions area and Service Catalog will be populated with helpful how-to articles and other useful tools.
